1. Information We Collect

When you use RightIdea, we collect the following information:

  • Account information: Your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account when you sign in via Google OAuth.
  • Analysis data: The queries you submit for analysis and the resulting reports.
  • Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Paddle. We do not store your credit card details. Paddle may collect billing information as described in their privacy policy.
  • Usage data: We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as page views and performance metrics. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the Service
  • To process your payments and manage your credit balance
  • To save your analysis history for your future reference
  • To communicate with you about your account or the Service
  • To improve the Service based on aggregated usage patterns

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security enabled. Each user can only access their own data. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
  • Google OAuth: Account sign-in
  • Paddle: Payment processing
  • Vercel: Hosting and analytics
  • Anthropic (Claude): AI analysis processing
  • DataForSEO: App store and search data retrieval

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. Your use of RightIdea is also subject to the privacy policies of these third-party providers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:

  • With the third-party services listed above, as necessary to operate the Service
  • If required by law or legal process
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Daji Labs, our users, or the public

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export your analysis data

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (maintaining your login session). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
