When you use RightIdea, we collect the following information:

Account information: Your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account when you sign in via Google OAuth.
Analysis data: The queries you submit for analysis and the resulting reports.
Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Paddle. We do not store your credit card details. Paddle may collect billing information as described in their privacy policy.
Usage data: We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as page views and performance metrics. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Service
To process your payments and manage your credit balance
To save your analysis history for your future reference
To communicate with you about your account or the Service
To improve the Service based on aggregated usage patterns

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security enabled. Each user can only access their own data. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
Google OAuth: Account sign-in
Paddle: Payment processing
Vercel: Hosting and analytics
Anthropic (Claude): AI analysis processing
DataForSEO: App store and search data retrieval

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. Your use of RightIdea is also subject to the privacy policies of these third-party providers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:

To protect the rights, property, or safety of Daji Labs, our users, or the public

We use essential cookies for authentication (maintaining your login session). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
