1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RightIdea ("the Service"), operated by Daji Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RightIdea is a data-driven app idea validation tool. It analyzes publicly available data from app stores, Reddit, and search engines to provide market research reports. The Service is provided "as is" and results are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each new account receives 1 free analysis credit. Additional credits can be purchased in packages. Credits are non-transferable and are tied to your account. Credits do not expire.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased credits, whether used or unused. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you experience a technical issue that prevents a purchased credit from being used, contact us at dajilabs@gmail.com and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Automate access to the Service through bots, scrapers, or similar tools without our written consent
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its outputs

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Daji Labs. Analysis reports generated for you are yours to use for your own business purposes. You may not claim ownership of the Service itself or its underlying technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daji Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
